TCM 550

This series of machineries includes three models with bent link chain and three with drop forged chain, having the following main features:

• typical capacity range: 340:480 m³/h (equal to 250:350 t/h on wheat)
• bent link chain: pitch/thread 160 mm. - breaking load max 540.000 N
• drop forged chain: pitch/thread 142 mm. - breaking load max 420.000 N
• max. installed power: 75 kW.

For their technical features and size, these machines are particularly fit for the conveyance of any grain product such as cereal and oil seeds, as well as for other products where high capacities and/or wearing resistance are needed.
Therefore they are widely used in big storage plants (for example in port terminals) and in industrial plants for oil extraction and bio-fuels (where massive working cycles are expected). Many are their applications in fields different from the agro-food, where high capacity and solid machineries are needed; in fact, their strong frame ensures a long working life with low maintenance costs. For these machineries too, all best solutions have been adopted in order to ensure the highest safety for operators as well as the least power consumption and noise.
The surface treatment available are hot dip galvanization or epoxy painting (even for human use with finishing on customer’s request).
Machineries may be customized both for size and  set up, thus enabling their easy introduction in any kind of plant.
In addition to a complete series of accessories for loading, discharging and working control, specific options are available for their use with particularly abrasive products.
