This series of machineries includes five models with  drop forged chain and five with pressed link chain, having the following main features:

• typical capacity range: 110:270 m³/h (equal to 80:200 t/h with wheat)

• bent link chains: pitch 125 mm. breaking loading max 160.000 N

• drop forged chain: pitch 101,6 mm. - breaking loading max 150.000 N

• max. power installed. 30 KW.

For their technical features and for their wide range, these machineries are suitable for the conveyance of any grain product, flours and pellets; they are widely used both in medium size storage plants (even with massive loading and discharging cycles) and in industrial plants such as mills, malt breweries, oil mills, etc.

Many are their applications in fields different from the agro-food, such as wood working, mine workings and inerts.

Their particularly solid frame guarantees a long working life, with low maintenance costs, even when used with particularly difficult or abrasive products such as soybean or Paddy rice.
Special attention has been paid to the control of electrical waste and of noise, as well as to the many aspects  concerning sanitation and safety for the operators.

The surface treatment may be a hot dip galvanization or an epoxy painting (even for human use) with finishing on customer’s request.

Machineries may be customized both for size and  set up, thus enabling their easy introduction in any kind of plant.

Beside a complete series of accessories for loading, discharging and working control, specific formulas are available for their use with abrasive products or for human food.
