- the full respect of all the scheduled features
- the optimization in the use of machineries and equipments
- the highest accuracy in the study of interfaces and connections between the several components of the plant
- the possibility to inspect and to maintain machineries and equipments
- the specific information to optimize the assembling
- the necessary information for the calculation and design of metal and reinforced concrete facilities.
Over the years, PTM has developed a remarkable know-how and has decided to provide it to its customers under different forms and conditions.

- the permission to download the blocks (in .dwg format) of all the machineries components and equipments in the catalogue
- the support in order to include machineries and equipments in the layout of a plant under design
- the support to work out the entire feasibility planning for new facilities (layout and flow chart)
- the support to arrange the complete executive design of a plant
- the advice on aspects concerning laws (ATEX), extraction equipments and preservation systems.
PTM Technical Department is supported by an efficient team of highly qualified technicians and of advanced design systems (in 3D), which assure fast developments and particularly high standards.
As far as assembling is concerned, it’s worth to emphasize that PTM can supply, in different modalities, the following services:
- arrangement of a specific assembling design for each machinery (or set of accessories), with list of the components
- labelling of each component with item number and identification number of the machinery
- supply of detailed assembling, operating and maintenance manuals
- supply of technical test specifications for each machinery
- supply of certificates according to 2006/46/CE laws and/or 94/9/CE-ATEX laws for installations in area 22, all including the list of the most important spare parts.
