Archymede
The ARCHYMEDE on-line configuration system has been designed to allow a fast and accurate processing of offers on the web for the whole range of PTM products. This means that the user, provided with the necessary authorization, can arrange the configuration of:
- chain conveyors with capacities up to 800 ton/h
- bucket elevators with a capacity up to 1200 ton/h
- belt conveyors with a capacity up to 1200 ton/h
- connecting elements
- filters for intake pits
- ventilation systems for vertical silos and flat warehouses
- systems for the collection of samples.
The user friendly interface has been designed to make the system easy to use and extremely flexible, and can therefore be used for any product, always suggesting the most suitable machine and the appropriate configuration to meet the requested specifications. For each machinery the necessary calculations are processed to identify the safety margins guaranteed on flow rate, power, chain or belt, in addition to the parameters related to the actual speed of the chain or belt and to the peak flow. The software is multilingual (currently Italian and English are available) and provides very simple and intuitive procedures in order to work on online own offers, making the processing of tenders quick, safe and easy: wherever you are just log on the net and you are ready to go!
